DECIPHER AND VALIDATE MECHANISM OF ACTION IN HUMANS
A precise and quantitative monitoring of interest mediators in various human biological samples

Analytical services validated on FDA guidelines dedicated to inflammatory and resolutive, diet-derived and skin lipids

Ambiotis proposes comprehensive and quantitative lipid analysis services for biological samples from any origins (preclinical or clinical studies) to pharmaceutical and biotech companies, nutraceutical and cosmetic industries but also to academic groups.

Applications

  • Monitoring of biomarkers in preclinical / clinical studies
  • Translational studies (from bed-to-benchside and inversely)
  • Stratification approaches:

- Identification of biomarker to stratify patients and treatment response

- Identification of biomarker for disease monitoring

Cross-analysis of RNA, lipids, cytokines and chemokines can also be proposed.

Lipidomic analysis and monitoring of biomarkers

Quality

Ambiotis has developed robust analytical methods, in accordance with the appropriate standards (FDA guidelines) used during clinical trials

Internal standards are added to samples to follow the whole process.

Quantification

Absolute quantification is achieved using internal and external standards that allow accurate and direct quantitation of each metabolite.

Throughput

Up to 100 samples per day
