Inducing resolution of inflammation to improve skin defence against external aggressions

Resolution molecules are indeed known to play an important role in tissue regeneration, healing, clearing infections and improving allergic conditions. They are thus promising molecules to protect and cure pathologies like atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, acne, contact hypersensitivity… Ambiotis here brings some evidence of the positive role of LxA4 in the inflammatory context of acne.
